Terms and Conditions

The ticket is valid for the date and time mentioned in the ticket.

By purchasing the ticket the buyer agrees to abide by the rules and regulations framed by the management company of the vessel and the law of all the concerned statutory authorities.

Before or after boarding the vessel if the management of the vessel finds anything inappropriate/illegal, the management reserves the right to de-board the guest.

While taking this trip the guest accepts to follow the instructions/guidelines given by the management. Any damage/loss to the property by the guest will be chargeable.

Outside food and beverage are not allowed on board

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellation 2 days prior to the scheduled trip date.

50% cancellation 1-day prior to scheduled trip date.

No refund will be applicable on same-day cancellation.

Policy related to weather

Cancellation due to bad weather / technical failure will be refunded fully

Any other claim due to an uncontrolled event will not be accepted/refunded
