Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Baratang Island, Chartered boat trip to Parrot Island
You will be transferred to Baratang Island directly from the airport. This is a 110 Km journey through the dense forests and tribal reserves.
Visit Parrot Island on your chartered boat from Baratang Island. Parrot island is known for its unique inhabitants, thousands of Parakeets. These Parakeets return to Parrot Island just before sunset. The boat is anchored near the island and one can capture the magnificent view of thousands of Parakeets returning to the island from the other surrounding islands.
Return back to Baratang Island by sunset. Overnight stay at Baratang.
Special note: The journey to Baratang is through tribal reserve. On the way you may come in contact with the primitive tribes, the jarawas. Do not take their photographs or stop the vehicle in between to interact with them. Guests violating the tribal reserve rules are liable to be prosecuted.
Day 2: Baratang Limestone caves
Visit the limestone caves near Baratang. These caves are natural wonders and extend upto 3 Kms. The rock formations are a treat to your eyes. The trek from Magrove forest to the caves let you feel the essence of village life of Andamans. The boat journey from Baratang to Lime Stone Caves and back is also a thrilling experience. You get to explore the rich flora and fauna of the mangrove forests. Once back to Baratang, continue your road journey on ATR to reach Rangat. Over night stay at Rangat.
Day 3: Boat trip to Long Island
